The hotel exceeded my expectations! the staff were friendly and always available to help. the rooms were spacious and comfortable with big, cozy beds. the location was also great with additional meal options available. the 24hr hot water, free coffee and tea, and safe parking added to my positive experience. I had a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

The curtains were difficult to close and seemed almost fixed in place.

We had an amazing stay with plenty of positive experiences. The hotel provided extra food options, tasty dinners cooked by Tatiana and the free coffees and teas were great. The general cleanliness was excellent, as well as the hotel facilities, the safe parking lot, and the location of the accommodation which was convenient for us. They had a 24-hour hot water supply and the wonderful personnel were always available for our needs.

During my recent business trip, I found some great things about the accommodation. the beds were large and incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. the personnel were friendly and always on hand to assist me with any queries I had. I was also pleased to discover that the location was ideal, with good transport links nearby.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay that I couldn't help but notice. hot water was not always available, meaning that it could take some time before I could take a shower.

Warm, clean, comfortable, helpful personnel, good food, affordable price.
